Cookies Above Boston

While visiting teaching we found out that Emily, our VTee, LOVES cookies and so a couple months ago we decided to venture to the Top of the Hub in the Prudential Tower. There's a restaurant and a lounge up there that serves hot out of the oven cookies and it's a great view of Boston, the Ocean, the Charles, and all of the surrounding areas. It was absolutely gorgeous. We got to watch the city lights, great jazz music playing in the background (they have live music later in the evening for the dinner crowd), chat with friends, and cookies. The cookies are made to order and come warm and gooey out of the oven. They are actually pretty cheap and there's enough to share with a group of friends - I highly recommend all of you Boston-ites grab a plate full of cookies with friends and for all of you out-of-towners you should visit soon.

Here are a few pictures we took that night of Emily, Kalynn, and myself. I tried to take pictures of the city through the window, but there was too much of a reflection so they came out blurry.

Here's a more eclectic view of Boston... trust me, the real view was spectacular...
